Your child has filled a notebook page with an answer. You can see effort, but you are unsure whether the explanation is complete. Typing it into a chatbot would take time and might remove the very working you want to understand.
Flow Express supports practice with handwritten images and other supported answer formats, then provides AI feedback to review. It can help start a discussion about the learner's actual response while keeping the original notebook central.
Begin with a question that fits the curriculum
Choose a manageable long-answer task and explain what it is asking. Let the learner attempt it before looking at a model answer. Keep the original page so you can compare any feedback with what was actually written.
Where the selected curriculum provides criteria or a marking guide, use it. An AI score should not quietly become the family's entire assessment standard.
Submit a clear record of the attempt
Use the supported upload option shown in Gyanis Flow Express. Check lighting, focus, page edges and the readability of symbols. Do not upload unrelated personal details from another page.
If the feedback appears to discuss something the child did not write, inspect whether the input was understood correctly. Correcting a photo is a different task from correcting an idea.
Choose one improvement together
- Read the feedback alongside the original answer.
- Ask the learner what they think the comment means.
- Verify the important point with the learning material.
- Revise one part of the answer.
- Try a related question later without copying the revision.
Express describes feedback across areas such as content, structure and, for relevant submissions, handwriting or spoken fluency. These dimensions depend on the answer format. They are not diagnoses of learning or communication conditions.
Make personalisation visible
One learner may need to add an explanation; another may need a prerequisite concept. Choose the follow-up from the work rather than giving both a generic extra worksheet.
Flow Drills can provide topic practice, MindMaps can help explore relationships and Gameplan can give the next task a place in the week. This is a parent-guided sequence using available tools, not a promise that every step happens automatically.
Keep human help available
If an important point remains disputed or unclear, ask a qualified teacher. Vibe offers separately paid sessions when a suitable expert is available. The goal is clarity, not collecting more automated scores.
Parent questions
Does Express replace a qualified assessor or official exam?
No. It is a practice and feedback tool. Confirm formal assessment and accreditation requirements separately.
Should every handwritten page be uploaded?
Choose tasks where feedback will be used. Reading, discussion and ordinary paper practice still have a place.
Start with one answer and one useful revision. Keep the notebook, the reasoning and the learner's ownership intact.
