This Policy explains how Gyanis collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal data when you use Flow, Aura, Vibe and OneByZero, and when you visit our Site.

• Account & profile: name, age/grade, board/class, email, parent/guardian info (for minors), school/institution details.
• Usage & signals: chat prompts, mindmap nodes, drill answers and timing, Gameplan actions, Pulse metrics, Vibe transcripts/summaries.
• Device & logs: IP, device/browser info, identifiers, cookies, crash logs.
• Payments: GC wallet funding, transaction history, settlement records (processed via licensed payment partners).
• Voice/Video: audio/video and transcripts for Vibe/Aura features where enabled; consent required; retention is limited (see Section 7).
• Marketplace: OneByZero listings, orders, shipping addresses, seller KYC data.

• Provide and personalize Services, including adaptive difficulty, recommendations and summaries.
• Process payments, GC wallet funding and settlements.
• Moderate content and protect safety, including safeguarding signals for minors.
• Operate voice/audio features, generate transcripts and summaries, and improve quality.
• Fulfill marketplace orders and enable delivery.
• Analyze performance, fix bugs, prevent fraud and comply with law.

Depending on region, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (safety, security, product improvement), consent (voice/recordings, minors where required), and legal obligations.

• Service providers (payments, cloud, communications, delivery partners) under confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Schools/Institutions for educational purposes, analytics and safeguarding where applicable.
• Authorities where required by law, safety or to protect rights.
• Corporate transactions (merger, acquisition) with appropriate safeguards.

We may transfer data to countries where we or our providers operate. We implement measures such as contract clauses and security controls to protect data.

• Keep data only as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal/accounting requirements or resolve disputes.
• Vibe/Aura voice/transcripts are retained only as needed to operate the feature, then deleted or aggregated/anonymized.

We employ technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. No system is perfectly secure.

• Minor means under 18. Parent/guardian consent is required where applicable. Institutions must ensure appropriate consents for students.

• Access, correct, delete or export your data where applicable.
• Reset personalization signals from settings where available.
• Control cookies via browser settings.
• Withdraw consent for voice/recordings where applicable, noting some features may not function.

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, portability and objection or restriction. We honor mandatory local law.
