Gyanis uses AI responsibly to help students learn better — not to collect unnecessary data or influence personal decisions.

We follow strict data and content standards to ensure that:

• All AI interactions are age-appropriate, educational, and constructive.
• Student privacy and security are always protected.
• AI content aligns with academic integrity and ethical guidelines.
• Our AI is built to assist — never to judge, diagnose, or replace human educators.

2. How Gyanis AI Works

AI in Gyanis powers different features across the platform:

• Flow uses AI to suggest personalized study plans, analyze habits, and recommend learning paths.
• Vibe uses AI (LLMs like ChatGPT) to explain topics, solve doubts, and summarize difficult concepts.
• Aura may use AI tools to match students with suitable mentors or summarize learning insights — but never for psychological or personal diagnosis.

AI suggestions are meant to assist, not decide for you. Students should always verify answers and discuss major academic or emotional topics with their teachers or parents.

3. Student Safety While Using AI

To ensure a safe learning environment, students are advised to:

1. Use AI for learning purposes only. Avoid using it to cheat, plagiarize, or complete assignments dishonestly.
2. Never share personal information such as full name, address, phone number, or school details inside chat prompts.
3. Be respectful when interacting with AI chat or mentors. Gyanis monitors and filters inappropriate language or unsafe prompts.
4. Verify AI responses before relying on them for exams or assessments. AI is assistive and may sometimes be inaccurate.
5. Report suspicious or harmful outputs immediately to support@gyanis.in.

4. Parental and Educator Involvement

We encourage parents and teachers to be part of the AI learning journey. Parents can:

• Monitor how students use AI through dashboards and progress summaries.
• Guide them on responsible technology use and balancing between digital and offline learning.
• Reach out to our support team for clarification on AI usage and privacy.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• All user interactions with AI are processed securely and encrypted.
• Gyanis does not sell, trade, or share personal information with external entities.
• Data may be anonymized to improve AI accuracy, but never linked back to an identifiable student.
• Each user’s consent to AI interaction is explicitly recorded at registration with a timestamp.
• Your privacy is protected under the Gyanis Privacy Policy and AI Usage Policy.

6. Handling Sensitive Topics

Our AI is trained to avoid generating harmful, unsafe, or inappropriate content. It does not engage in discussions involving:

• Violence or self-harm
• Bullying or harassment
• Explicit or offensive language
• Personal medical or psychological advice

For emotional or mental health needs, students should use Aura sessions to connect with verified human psychologists.

7. Continuous Monitoring and Improvement

We continuously monitor and refine AI outputs to make them safer, more reliable, and age-appropriate. AI models are audited regularly for:

• Accuracy and educational alignment
• Bias or misinformation
• Privacy and security compliance

We also update these guidelines as AI technologies evolve, ensuring ongoing transparency and accountability.

8. Reporting and Feedback

If you ever encounter an unsafe or incorrect AI response, please:

• Screenshot or copy the message.
• Report it immediately to support@gyanis.in.

Our review team investigates all reports and improves system safety based on user feedback.
