At Gyanis, we value your trust and are committed to delivering a smooth and transparent experience across all our products — Flow, Vibe, and Aura. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and credits are handled for subscriptions, credits, and sessions booked through the Gyanis platform.

1. General Policy
All Gyanis products operate on the Gyanis Credits (GC) system. 1 GC = ₹1, and all payments, recharges, and session bookings are made using GC. Refunds, where applicable, are processed as GC credits back to your wallet — not as direct cash refunds. Refunds will be issued only in specific cases as described below, and all refunds are at the sole discretion of Gyanis, following verification of eligibility.
2. Refunds for Flow
Flow subscriptions are billed monthly or as part of a special pass (e.g., 30-Day Pass).
Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are only applicable if you face technical issues that prevent access to the platform or if your subscription is canceled within 48 hours of purchase and before extensive usage.
No Refunds:
- Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, partial usage, or user error after activation of the subscription.
Processing:
Eligible refunds will be credited as GC within 5–7 working days after review.
3. Refunds for Vibe
Vibe operates on a pay-per-interaction or usage basis, using Gyanis Credits.
Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are applicable only in cases where the system fails to generate a valid or complete response multiple times due to a platform error.
- Credits are deducted but no valid response or session is recorded.
No Refunds:
- Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with AI responses or variations in content accuracy, as Vibe uses AI systems that may occasionally produce imperfect outputs.
Processing:
Valid refund requests are reviewed and credited within 5–7 working days as GC.
4. Refunds for Aura
Aura involves real-time sessions with human coaches and psychologists. Refunds and credits depend on attendance and session status.
- If the Coach misses the session: 95% of the session fee (minus 5% platform fee) is credited back to the student’s wallet as GC.
- If the Student misses the session: 95% of the session fee (minus 5% platform fee) is credited to the coach’s wallet as GC.
- If both miss the session: 95% of the session fee (minus 5% platform fee) is credited to the student’s wallet as GC.
- If the session is canceled in advance: Students may cancel up to 12 hours before the session start time for a full refund (minus 5% platform fee).
- If the session begins and ends successfully: No refunds are applicable.
Refunds are processed as GC credits within 7 working days.
5. Technical or Payment Errors
In the event of a double payment, transaction error, or system malfunction, users should contact support immediately at support@gyanis.in with payment proof. Verified claims will be resolved within 5–10 business days, and refunds will be issued as GC or to the original payment method, depending on the case.
6. Refund Method and Timelines
- Refunds are processed as Gyanis Credits (GC) back to your wallet by default.
- Refunds to the original payment method may take 5–10 business days depending on bank or payment gateway policies.
- Gyanis reserves the right to decline a refund request if found fraudulent, misused, or outside the eligibility period.

8. Policy Updates
Gyanis may update this Refund Policy from time to time to align with new features, payment systems, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our official website and app. Continued use of Gyanis after updates implies acceptance of the revised policy.
