AURA An accredited student wellbeing coach. A private session. No one else in the room.
When exam stress becomes too much, Aura books a private session with an accredited student wellbeing coach who is HCPC registered. Your GC sits in escrow and is released after the session completes.

Who your student wellbeing coach is.
Every Aura coach is HCPC registered. We verify the credential with the issuing body before the profile goes live and we re-check annually. Profiles list specialism, languages spoken, and the kinds of situations the coach has worked with. You choose the coach. Not an algorithm.
Verified credentials only
We check your registration against the issuing body before your profile goes live, and we re-check annually. Students see the credential on your card.
Session notes in plain text
Your coach posts what was discussed and what to try before next time. You see it. Your parent sees it only when you consent and attendance only where a minor is involved.
No ops work for you
Zoom video, automated reminders, consent flags for minors, and GC that settles after each completed session. You run the session. We run everything around it.
How a wellbeing coaching session works.
From booking to session notes, your part takes minutes. Everything else is automated.
Book in three steps
Pick a coach, pick a slot, confirm the GC quote. The meeting link arrives by email and sits in your dashboard.
A private video call
Length is set by your coach for each service, and nothing is recorded. The session ends at the scheduled minute. No awkward overrun.

60 second check-ins between sessions
A short mood prompt in the app between sessions. Trends show up on your coach's next call so you pick up where you left off.
Refund policy, stated up front.
No fine print. No surprise charges. The three scenarios and exactly what happens in each.
Coach no-show
Full refund to your GC wallet, automatic. You don't need to raise a ticket.

If you need help right now.
Aura offers scheduled sessions with HCPC registered coaches. It is not therapy, and it is not a crisis or emergency service.
Sessions are booked ahead of time, so Aura is not the right place when something cannot wait. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 999, your local emergency number. A trusted adult or your school's counsellor can also help right away.
