We check your registration against the issuing body before your profile goes live, and we re-check annually. Students see the credential on your card.

You accept the session
Accept the request and the booking is confirmed. The student gets a calendar invite. You get the secure join link in your dashboard.
A private video call
Private video at the length you set. Nothing recorded. Attendance is logged for settlement. The call ends at the scheduled time.
Post session notes
Plain text. Visible to the student. Visible to the parent only where consent is on file and the student is a minor.
Fair to students. Fair to you.
Refund policy stated up front. No-show: full refund. Cancel more than 24 hours out: full refund minus the 5% platform fee. Cancel inside 24 hours: half refund. Your blocked time is compensated. And the scope is clear to both sides: Aura is scheduled support, not an emergency service — students in crisis are directed to call 999.

Students pick the coach off a profile page. No blind assignment. The relationship starts with intent on both sides.
Practice, not a platform shift
Your session length and GC price, your calendar, your cases. Aura is the booking and billing layer. The care stays yours.
A student who keeps coming back
Between sessions the student logs a 60 second mood check. You see the trend before the next call. Repeat bookings follow care that shows up.

5% platform fee. No monthly subscription to Aura. Eligible earnings settle to your GC wallet after the session completes.
