I’m a child psychologist dedicated to helping children and adolescents navigate emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental challenges in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. My approach is child-centered and collaborative, with an emphasis on understanding each child’s unique needs, strengths, and experiences. I work closely with parents and caregivers when appropriate to help build practical strategies that support positive development at home, school, and in everyday life. Whether a child is experiencing anxiety, difficulties with emotions or behavior, adjustment challenges, low confidence, social difficulties, or simply needs a safe space to talk, I aim to make psychological support approachable and meaningful. My goal is to help children feel understood, develop healthy coping skills, and grow with confidence - while supporting families along the way.
