30 minute encrypted video call
Private, end to end encrypted, nothing recorded. The session ends at the scheduled minute. No awkward overrun.

Coach no-show
Full refund to your GC wallet, automatic. You don't need to raise a ticket.
Cancel 24+ hours before
Full refund minus the 5% platform fee. The slot goes back to the pool immediately.

Half refund. The coach blocked that time for you and cannot fill it at short notice.
