Profiles list specialism, languages spoken, and the kinds of situations the coach has worked with. You choose the coach. Not an algorithm.

Book in three steps
Pick a coach, pick a slot, confirm the GC quote. The meeting link arrives by email and sits in your dashboard.
A private video call
Length is set by your coach for each service, and nothing is recorded. The session ends at the scheduled minute. No awkward overrun.

60 second check-ins between sessions
A short mood prompt in the app between sessions. Trends show up on your coach's next call so you pick up where you left off.

Coach no-show
Full refund to your GC wallet, automatic. You don't need to raise a ticket.
Cancel 24+ hours before
Full refund minus the 5% platform fee. The slot goes back to the pool immediately.
Cancel inside 24 hours
Half refund. The coach blocked that time for you and cannot fill it at short notice.
Privacy.
Your session notes are yours. They are never sold. They are never used to train a public model.
